The Dedham Housing Authority team provides safe and affordable housing to individuals  through State-aided Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Programs.

"Our mission is to promote adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity, and a suitable living environment free from discrimination."

This mission is carried out through the administration of housing assistance programs that serve low-income residents, including State-aided Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program. These income-based programs operate in accordance with eligibility guidelines established by The Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).


The Dedham Housing Authority is committed to ensuring access to housing opportunities, maintaining open waiting lists for applicants, and providing clear information regarding eligibility, availability, and application procedures for those seeking assistance.
